Eden Wu

Hi, I am Yifan (Eden) Wu, an incoming PhD student working with Alexander Lex. Before joining the group, I was a Research Engineer at the NYU Visualization, Imaging, and Data Analysis Center, where I worked on data harmonization, dataset profiling, and visual analytics systems. I led the development and paper writing for BDIViz, an interactive visualization system for biomedical schema matching with LLM-powered validation, published at IEEE VIS 2025.
